A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE ALCOHOL EXCISE TAX PROCLAMATION
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Alcohol Excise Tax (Amendment) Proclamation No. 302/1986. "

Amendment
The first and the second schedules attached to the Alcohol Excise Tax Proclamation No. 217/1965 (as amended), are further amended as follows:
1) Item No. 1 of the first schedule is deleted and re placed by the following new Item No. 1:
" 1) Pure Alcohol
Per litre or up to one litre.
2) Item No. 1 of the second schedule is deleted and replaced by the fol lowing new Item No. 1:
" 1. Pure Alcohol
except in cases specified in
the following paragraphs (b), (c) and (d), per litre or upto one litre..
