COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATNS NO. 132/2007 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ETHIOPIAN POLICE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE
471/2005 and Article 8 (1) of the Higher Education
PART ONE GENERAL
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Ethiopian Police University College Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No.132 / 2007 "
2. Definitions
In these Regulations unless the context requires otherwise:
1) " board " means board of the University College established in accordance with Article 7 of these Regulations ;
" senate " means senate of the University College established in accordance with Article 12 of these Regulations ;
3) “ President ” means the president of the University College appointed in accordance with article 15 of these Regulations; 4) “ Director ” means director of an institution established under the University College in accordance with Article 3 (2) of these Regulations; 5) " Academic Staff " means any employee of the University College engage in teaching or research activities ;
