A PROCLAMATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ETHIOPIA COMMODITY EXCHANGE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, it is found necessary to establish an efficient and modern agricultural commodities marketing system ;
WHEREAS, in order to achieve foregoing it has become necessary to establish a government organ entrusted with the responsibility of regulating the proper functioning of a commodity exchange ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55
