Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “ Ethiopian Seed Enterprise Establishment ( Amendment ) Council of Ministers Regulation No.100 / 2004 . ” Article 6 of the Ethiopian Seed Enterprise Establishment Regulation No. 154/1994 is deleted and replaced by the following new article 6 : “ 6. Capital The Authorized Capital of the Enterprise is Birr thousand six hundred sixty five Birr and thirty cents ) is paid in cash and in kind . Effective Date This Regulation shall come into force on the 25th day of February , 2004 . Done at Addis Ababa this 25th day of February , 2004 .
