This Regulation may be cited as the " Addis Ababa Science and Technology University Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 216./2011 ".
Establishment
1 / Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (hereinafter the “ University ”) is hereby established autonomous higher education public institution having its own legal personality.
2 / The University shall be accountable to the Ministry of Education.
3 / The University shall be governed by the Higher Education Proclamation No. 650/2009 and the Federal. Universities Council of Ministers Regulation No. 210/2011.
