In accordance with Article 55 (1) and (11) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and in accordance with Article 27 of the Federal Government Financial Administration Proclamation No. 648/2009 a supplementary of capital budget is hereby proclaimed.
PROCLAMATION
Article 1 This Proclamation may be cited as the Government Supplementary Budget Proclamation No.738 / 2012 ”.
