Short Title These Regulations may be cited as the " Emergency Relief Transport Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers ( Amendment ) Regulations No. 85/2003 . ” 2. Amendment The Emergency Relief Transport Enterprise Council of Ministers Regulations No.21 / 1997 is hereby amended as follows : Article 5 is deleted and replaced by the following new Article 5 : “ 5 Capital The authorized capital of the enterprise is Birr 58,318,755.83 ( Fifty eight million and three hundred eighteen thousands and seven hundred fifty five birt and eighty three cents ) which is fully paid up in cash and in kind . ” Unit Price The African Law Archive - No. 38 21 March , 2003- ~ Page 2110 3.
