COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF WOLITA SODO UNIVERSITY
1. Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the " Wolita Sodo Universit Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 218/2011. ”
2. Establishment
1) Wolita Sodo University (hereinafter the " University ") is hereby established as an autonomous higher education public institution having its own legal personality.
2) The University shall be accountable to the Ministry of Education.
3) The University shall be governed by the Higher Education Proclamation No. 650/2009 and the Federal Universities Council of Ministers Regulation No. 210/2011.
