PART ONE GENERAL
1. Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the " National Lottery Administration Re - establishment Councils of Ministers Regulation No. 160/2009 ".
Definitions
In this Regulation, unless the context requires otherwise:

1) " lottery " means any game or activity in which the prize winner is determined by chance, drawing of lots or by any other means and lottery, number lottery, multiple prize lottery, promotional lottery, bingo, sport betting lottery and other similar activities ;
