WHEREAS, the occurrence of accidents caused by vehicles is escalating from time to time ;
PROCLAMATION NO. 559/2008.
A PROCLAMATION TO PROVIDE FOR VEHICLE INSURANCE AGAINST THIRD PARTY RISKS
WHEREAS, loss of lives, bodily injuries and damages to properties caused by vehicle accidents are creating social problem ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article follows:

PART ONE GENERAL
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Vehicle Insurance Against Third Party Risks Proclamation No 559/2008. ”
