COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS NO. 155/1994 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CUSTOMS CLEARING AGENCY
These Regulations are issued by the Council of ministers pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of powers and duties
of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclama tion No. 2/1991 and Article 117 of the Customs Proclamation No. 14/1955.

These Regulations may be cited as the " Customs Clearing Agency License Issuance Council of Ministers Regulations No. 155/1994.

In these Regulations:
license authorizing him to directly deal with the cus toms for and on behalf of another person, to effect customs formalities in connexion with the importation, exportation and in general with the movement and stoarge of such goods within the Customs area, has been issued.
“ Person ” means a natural or juridical person.
