Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Charter for the Cultural Renaissance of Africa Ratification Proclamation No. 713/2011 ”.
Ratification of the Charter
The Charter for Cultural Renaissance of Africa adopted by the Heads of State and Government of the African Union in their Six Ordinary Session in Khartoum; the Republic of The Sudan from 23rd to 24th January 2006 is hereby ratified.
