2. Definitions
Industry Development Institute Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 180/2010 ".
In this Regulation:
1 / " Ministry " means the Ministry of Trade and Industry ;
2 / " industry " and " manufacturing activity " shall have the definitions given to them by sub - articles (11) and (12) of Article 2 of the Commercial Registration and Business Licensing Proclamation No. 67/1997 ;
3 / " production process " means sequence of operation in the performance of manufacturing activity ;

4 / any expression in the masculine gender includes the feminine.
3. Establishment
1 / The Textile Industry Development Institute (hereinafter the “ Institute ”) is hereby established
as an autonomous federal government office having its own legal personality.
2 / The Institute shall be accountable to the Ministry.
