COUNCIL OF MINISTER REGULATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE RE - ESTABLISHMENT OF THE HAREMAYA UNIVERSITY

1. Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the " Haremaya University Re - establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 232/2011. ”

2. Establishment
1) The Haremaya University (hereinafter the " Uni versity ”) is hereby re - established an autonomous higher education public institution having its own legal personality.
2) The University shall be accountable to the Ministry of Education.
3) The University shall be governed by the Higher Education Proclamation No. 650/2009 and the Federal Universities Council of Ministers Regulation No. 210./2011.
