2. Definitions
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the “ Water Well Drilling Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 160/1994. ”
In this Regulation:
works involving any type of technological methods and relating to water wells providing water for domestic, agricultural, industrial or other uses as well as relating to water wells used for purposes of research ;
can be
" underground water " means water which found under the surface of the ground with an exploi table quantity.
