1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Ethiopian Shipping Lines Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 196/1994.
2. Establishment
There is hereby established the Ethiopian Shipping Lines Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ") as a public Enterprise.
