A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE RELIEF AND REHABILITATION COMMISSION ESTABLISHMENT PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, it is found necessary to amend the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission Establishment Proclamation

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of the Powers and Responsibilities of the Pro visional Military Administrative Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Relief and Re habilitation Commission Establishment (Amendment) Pro
2. Amendment
The Relief and Rehabilitation Commission Establishment Proclamation No. 173/1979 is hereby amended as fol lows:
1) The following new Article 9 is hereby added after Article 8 of the Proclamation.
