PROCLAMATION No. 312 OF 1987 A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE ALCOHOL EXCISE TAX PROCLAMATION
In accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Adminis trative Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No.110 / 1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Alcohol Excise Tax (Amendment), Proclamation No. 312/1987 ".
2. Amendment
The first and the second schedules attached to the Alcohol Excise Tax Proclamation No. 217/1965 (as amended), are further amended as follows:
1) The following new sub - Article (e) is added to Article 5 of the first schedule:
5. Beer and stout of any strength
(e) draft beer per litre
2) The following new sub - article (e) is added to Article
6 of the second schedule:
* The African Law Archive *
6. Beer and stout of any strength
(e) draft bee per litre
3. Effective Date
This Proclamation shall come into force as of the 28th day of March, 1987.
