PROCLAMATION NO.410 / 2004
A PROCLAMATION TO PROTECT COPYRIGHT AND NEIGHBORING
RIGHTS
WHEREAS , literary , artistic and similar
cultural , social , economic , scientific
technological development of a Country ;
WHEREAS , it is necessary to protect works
rights by law ;
NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article
55 ( 1 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic
Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows :
PART ONE GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as “ Copyright and Neighboring Rights Protection Proclamation No. 410/2004 . ”
