COUNCIL OF STATE SPECIAL DECREE No. 5/1988 COUNCIL OF STATE SPECIAL DECREE TO AMEND THE EXCISE TAX PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS it has become necessary to further amend th Excise Tax Proclamation (as amended) ;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 83 / 1 / o the Constitution, it is hereby decreed as follows:
Short Title
This Special Decree may be cited as the " Excise Tax (Am endment) Council of State Special Decree No. 5/1988. "

No. 204/1963 as amended by the Excise Tax Amen ment Proclamation No. 298/1986 is hereby delete and replaced by the following new Schedules 1 and 2
