COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS No. 133/1993 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF NORTH OMO AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISE
These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " North Omo Agri cultural Development Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 133/1993. "

2. Establishment
a) There is hereby established a Public Enterprise to be known as the North Omo Agricultural Developmen Enterprise (herein after the " Enterprise ").
b) The Enterprise shall be governed by the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
3. Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the government shall be th Supervising Authority of the Enterprise.
