LEGAL NOTICE NO. 423 OF 1972 REGULATIONS ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE INDUSTRIAL LICENCE PROCLAMATION, 1972
1. Issuing Authority
These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Com merce, Industry and Tourism pursuant to the authority vested in him by Article 16 of the Industrial licence Pro clamation, 1971 (Proclamation No. 292 of 1971), here inafter the " Proclamation. "
2. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Industrial Licen ce Regulations, 1972. "
3. Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise re quires, the definitions set forth in Article 2 of the Pro clamation shall apply.
4. Application For Licence
(1) Any person desiring a permanent licence to operate an existing industry shall submit to the Ministry an application in the form set out in Schedule I part 1 of these Regulations.
(2) Any person desiring to establish a new industry shall submit to the Ministry an application in the form set out in Schedule I part 2 of these Regulations.
