WHEREAS the Convention of the Pan - African Telecom munications Union has been signed by thirty one member states of the Organization of Alrican Unity, including Ethiopia, at Arusha on the 6th day of March 1986 ;

NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 82 (3) of the Constitution, it is hereby decreed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Decree may be cited as the " Convention of the Pan. African Telecommunications Union Ratification Council of State Decree No. 13/1989 ”.
2. Ratification of the Convention
The Convention of the Pan - African Telecommunications Union, done at Arusha on the 6th day of March 1986, is ratified.
