COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION TO AMNED THE COMMERCIAL BANK OF ETHIOPIA ESTABLISHMENT REGULATION
1. Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the " Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Establishment (Amendment) Council of Ministers Regulation No. 397/2017. "
2. Amendment
Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No.202 1994 is deleted and replaced by the following new Article 6:
“ 6. Capital
The authorized capital of the Bank is Birr 40 Billion (Forty billion Birr) which is Fully paid up in cash and in kind. ”
