These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Finance pursuant to Authority vested in him by Article 5 (a) of the Customs Import and Export Duties Proclamation No. 39 of 1943, as amended.

Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Meat and Agricul tural Products Surtax Regulations No. 2 of 1975 ”.
Rate of Tax Payable
A surtax shall be levied, charged and collected at the per centage rates indicated on successive increments of value attributable to the corresponding price ranges set out below on any of the following items exported from Ethiopia.
