A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE INTER GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY ON DEVELOP MENT (IGAD) CONVENTION ON EXTRADITION
1. Short Title
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with sub - article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
This Proclamation may be cited as the " IGAD Convention on Extradition Ratification Proclamation No. 733/2012. "
