COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS NO. 124/1993 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ENGINEERING DESIGN AND TOOL ENTERPRISE
2. Establishment
These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers
Proclamation No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the Pub le Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
CONTENTS
Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the “ Engineering Design and Tool Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 124/1993. "

There is hereby established the Engineering Design and Tool Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ") as a Public Enterprise.
The Enterprise shall be governed by the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992
Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the government shall be the supervising authority of the Enterprise.
Head Office
The Enterprise shall have its head office in Addis Ababa and may have branch offices elsewhere, as may be necessary.
