In accordance with Articles 34 and 88 of Our Revised Constitution, We approve the resolutions of Our Chamber of Deputies and Senate and We hereby proclaim as follows:
1. This Proclamation may be cited as the " Transaction Taxes (Amendment) Proclamation, 1967 ".
2. The Transaction Taxes Proclamation, 1963 (Proclama tion No. 205 of 1963) is hereinafter referred to as the “ Principal Proclamation ”.
3. The following new sub - paragraphs (h) and (i) are added to Arrticle 3 of the Principal Proclamation.
" (h) " machinery " means any instrument operated by motor or electric power or by hand; and
(i) “ Tax Authority ” means the Authority designated pursuant to Article 31 of the Principal Proclama tion ".
4. Sub - paragraphs (c) and (d) of Article 3 of the Principal Proclamation are deleted and replaced by the following new sub - paragraph (c):
