A PROCLAMATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE RATIFICATION OF AMENDMENT TO THE ACP - EU PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT SIGNED IN COTONOU
least two third of the ACP states which are signatories of this Agreement is a pre - condition to the entry in to force of this amendment ;
(1) and (12) of the Constitution, of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Cotonou ACP - EU Partnership Agreement Amendment Ratification Proclamation No.524 / 2007.
