2. Establishment
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Coffee Plantation Development Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 151/1993. ”

There is hereby established a Public Enterprise to be known as the Coffee Plantation Development Enter prise (herein after the " Enterprise ").

3. Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the government shall be the Supervising Authority of the Enterprise.
