COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ETHIOPIAN PLYWOOD ENTERPRISE
These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and The Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
CONTENTS
These Regulations may Plywood Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 170/1994. ”
Establishment
Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise "), as public enterprise.

The Enterprise shall be governed by the Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
3. Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the Government shall be the supervising authority of the enterprise.
