COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION TO PROVIDE FOR IRRIGATION DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT INCENTIVES
This Regulation may be cited as the " Irrigation Development Investment Incentives Council of Ministers Regulation No. 162/2009 ".
Definitions
In this Regulation unless the context otherwise requires:
1 / " Proclamation " means the Investment Procla mation No. 280/2002 ;
2 / The definitions provided under Article 2 of the Proclamation shall be applicable ;
3 / " Irrigation development " means irrigation development covering more than 50 hectares of land ;
4 / Any expression in the masculine gender includes the feminine.
