These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers of the Definition of Powers and Duties Pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
1. Short Title
Export Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Re gulatins No. 128/1993, ”

2. Establishment
a) There is hereby established a Public Enterprise to be known as the Ethiopian Coffee Export Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ").
b) The Enterprise shall be governed by the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
3. Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the government shall be the Supervising Authority of the Enterprise.
