A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A LOAN AGREE MENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT OF ETHIOPIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY

WHEREAS, an agreement between the Provisional Milit al Republic of Germany providing for the granting by the Go vernment of the Federal Republic of Germany through the loan to finance imports to meet essential civilian requirements and services connected therewith up to the amount of Ten Mil lion (10,000,000) German Marks was signed at Addis Ababa on the 29th day of October, 1974; and

WHEREAS, said Loan Agreement has been submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval and has obtained its ap proval; and
WHEREAS, the Provisional Military Administration Council on the 29th day of April 1975 has ratified the said Loan Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Articles 4 and
6 of the Definition of Powers of the Provisional Military Admi nistration Council and its Chairman Proclamation No. 2/1974, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " German Loan Agreement Proclamation No. 32/1975. "
