Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

1) This Proclamation may be cited as the " 1976 E.C. Supplementary Budget Proclamation No. 329/1987. "

2) There is hereby appropriated from public revenues and other funds, for the purposes and services setforth in the schedule hereto, the additional amount of Birr. 174,152,649 (one hundred seventy four million one hundred fifty two thousand six hundred forty nine).
3) The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized to make registration of the Supplementary Revenues and expen ditures, for the fiscal year 1976, executed by the Minis ters or Heads of various governmental departments con cerned, the amounts appropriated for purposes and ser vices specified herein.
4) Sub - article (d) and (e) of Article 4 of the 1976 E.C. Budget Proclamation No.. 253/1984 are hereby repea
