A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE BILATERAL AIR SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF YEMEN WHEREAS , a Bilateral Air Services Agreement ዲሞክራሲያዊ | between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that the notes confirming its ratification in compliance with the WHEREAS , the House of peoples ' Representative of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Said Agreement at its session on the 5th February , 2004 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : Unit Price The African Law Archive 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as “ The Republic of Yemen Bilateral Air Services Agreement Ratification Proclamation No. 392/2004 . ” 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Bilateral Air Services Agreement Signed in Addis Ababa on the 6th day of September , 2000 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Yemen is hereby ratified . 3. Power of the Minister of Infrastructure The Minister of Infrastructure is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the implementation of the Agreement . 4.
