In accordance with Article 34, 88, 116 and 119 of Our Constitution, We approve the resolutions of Our Chamber of Deputies and Senate and We hereby proclaim as follows: 1 / This Proclamation may be cited as the " Budget Procla mation, 1965 E. C. "

Under this Proclamation there are hereby appropriated, from the public revenue of Our Empire and from other funds, for the fiscal year ending 30th Sene, 1965 (7th July, 1973) the following amounts: a) For Ordinary Expenditure of the Government
b) For Capital Expenditure of the Government

The funds appropriated by this Proclamation shall be expended for the purposes and services set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Our Minister of Finance is hereby authorised and requi red, from time to time, upon the warrant of the Minis ters or Heads of the various Governmental Departments concerned, to pay out of the public revenues and other funds of Our Empire, hereto, the amount of Ethiopian dollars seven hundred fifty seven million fourteen thou sand two hundred eighty two for the year ending 30th Sene, 1965 (7th July, 1973).
