Proclamation Page 2266 PROCLAMATION NO . 353/2003 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AMENDMENT TO THE PROTOCOL AGREEMENT ON PORT SUDAN UTILIZATION WHEREAS , The Amendment to the Protocol ment of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Addis Ababa on the 24th day of January , 2003 ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representative of said Amendment at its session held on the 3rd day of July , 2003 , NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub Article ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Amendment to the Protocol Agreement , on Port Sudan Utilization Ratification Proclamation No. 353/2003 ” . 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Amendment to the Protocol Agreement , on Port Sudan Utilization Agreement signed in Addis Ababa on the 24th day of January , 2003 is hereby ratified .
