Short Title This proclamation may be cited as the “ International Development Association Credit Agreement for Finan Cultural Heritage Project Ratification Proclamation No. 289/2002 . ” Unit Price The African Law Archive 2. Definition In this Proclamation “ Credit Agreement ” means the Credit Agreement Number 3632 ET signed in Washing ton D.C. on the 25th day of April , 2002 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Inter national Development Association . 3. Power of the Minister of Finance and Economic Development The Minister of Finance and Economic Development is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the utilization of the Credit amount of SDR 4,100,000 ( Four Million One Hundred Thousand Special Drawing Rights ) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Credit Agreement . 4.
