NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of the Powers and Responsibilities of the Pro visional Military Administration Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
This Proclamation may be cited as the " African Develop ment Fund Loan Agreement Proclamation, No. 116/1977 ”. Definition
In this Proclamation, “ Loan Agreement ” shall mean the Loan Agreement between the Provisional Military Govern ment of Socialist Ethiopia and the African Development Fund signed on the 18th day of March 1977.
