APROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE ETHIO - LIBYA TRADE AGREEMENT WHEREAS , the Agreement , on trade between the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Arab Jamahiriya was signed in Addis Ababa on the 27th day of January 2004 . WHEREAS , the House of People's Representative of said Agreement at its session held on the 21st day of October , 2004 ; 11th NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the constitution it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ethio - Libya Trade Agreement Ratification Proclamation No.421 / 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Ethio - Libya Trade Agreement signed in Addis Ababa on the 27th day of January , 2004 is hereby ratified .
