Page 284 PROCLAMATION No . 50 / 1996 A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEE FOR PRIVATIZED PUBLIC ENTERPRISES PROCLAMATION WHEREAS , it has become necessary to amend the Establishment of the Board of Trustee for Privatized Public Enterprises Proclamation ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) of | the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1 . Short Title : This proclamation may be cited as the “ Establishment of the Board of Trustee for Privatized Public Enterprises ( Amendment ) Proclamation No . 50 / 1996 . ” Amendment The Establishment of the Board of Trustee for Privatized Public Enterprises Proclamation No . 17 / 1996 is amended as follows : 1 ) The following new sub - Article ( 5 ) is added after sub - Article ( 4 ) of Article 9 : “ 5 ) to approve the organizational structure of the Board and directives on its staff regulation prepared in line with the basic principles of federal civil service laws ; ' ?
