Ratification of the Treaty The Treaty on Tourism Cooperation Signed in Khartoum on 11th May 2002 , between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of the Sudan is ratified . 3. Responsibility of the Ethiopian Tourism Commission The Ethiopian Tourism Commission is hereby empowered to implement this Treaty . 4. Effective Date The Proclamation shall enter into force as of 7th day of February , 2005 .
