NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 9 (d) of the Transitional Period Charter, it is hereby proclaimed as follows ;
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Ethiopian Mana lamation No. 103/1994 ”.
The Ethiopian Management Institute Establishment Pro clamation No. 278/1985 is hereby repealed.
3. Transfer of Rights and Obligations
The rights and obligations of the Ethiopian Management Institute established under Proclamation No. 278/1985 are hereby transferred to the Ethiopian Management Institute established as a public enterprise under the Council of Ministers Regulations No. 181/1994.
