PROCLAMATION No. 113 OF 1977
A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY CONTRIBUTING PARTIES TO THE OPEC SPECIAL FUND
WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement between the Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia and the Contributing
Thousand (4,800,000) United States Dollars was signed at Vienna on the 3rd day of February, 1977, and

WHEREAS, the said Loan Agreement has been submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval and has obtained its approval; and
WHEREAS, the Provisional Military Administration Coun cil on this 22nd day of March, 1977 has ratified the said Loan Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of the Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Administration Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1969, it is hereby proclaimed ollows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " OPEC Special Fund Loan Agreement Proclamation No. 113/1977 ”.
