In accordance with Article 83 (1) of the Constitution, it is hereby decreed as follows:

There is hereby appropriated from public revenues and other funds, for the purposes and services set forth in the schedule hereto, the additional amount of Birr 262,260,032 (Two Hundred Sixty Two Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand and Thirty Two) for the fiscal year commencing on Hamle 1, 1980 E.C. and ending on Sene 30, 1981 E.C.
The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized and required, upon the request of the heads of the con cerned State organs, to pay out of the public revenues and other funds the additional amounts appropriated for the purposes and services of their respective organs.
