WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that the on which the Governments of the Contracting parties have notified each other in writing that their Constitutional requirements for the entry into force of the Agreement have been fulfilled ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 sub - Article ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is here by proclaimed as follows : Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investment Agreement with the Republic of Yemen Ratification Proclamation No , Ratification of the Agreement The Agreement of Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investment signed in Sena'a Yemen on the 15th days of April 15 , 1999 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Yemen is ratified .
