WHEREAS, a Development Credit Agreement between the Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia and the
visional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia of a credit of an amount in various currencies equivalent to thirty - two million Special Drawing Rights (SDR 32,000,000) to finance the Second Agricultural Minimum Package Project was signed at Washington, D.C. on the 2nd day of February, 1981 ;

A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A CREDIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION

WHEREAS, the said Credit Agreement has been submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval and has obtained its approval ;
WHEREAS, the Provisional Military Administrative Co uncil on the 19th day of February, 1981 has ratified the said Credit Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Pro visional Military Administrative Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " International Development Association Credit for the Second Agricul tural Minimum Package Project Approval Proclamation No 205/1981. ”
