WHEREAS to this end, it has become necessary to enact a law regulating the conditions of extensive participation in

WHEREAS it is necessary to create appropriate conditions for the expansion of the small - scale indusrty sector and encour a view to making the country's economy properly benefit from this sector ;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 83 (1)
of the Constitutition, it is hereby decreed as follows:
PART ONE GENERAL
1. Short Title
This Special Decree may be cited as the " Small - Scale Industry Development Council of State Special Decree No. 9/1989.
