A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE FINANCING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCR NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples ' Representatives of July, 2008 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Sub - Article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " International Development Association Financing Agreement for the Tana and Beles Integrated Water Resources Development Project Ratification Proclamation No. 594/2008 ”.
